What is Buzzillions®?

Buzzillions is your premier hub for product reviews. We're not sure how many a buzzillion is, but it sounds like a lot – and that's our goal, a lot of useful reviews to help you make an informed decision. These reviews come from companies like Toys R Us®, Staples® and Zappos®, just to name a few. They share their customer reviews with us and we collect and display them here at Buzzillions. We collect thousands of customer reviews a day from across 2,300 websites. That means you get to see a huge amount of reviews on a wide range of products, from GPS units to baby strollers, hiking boots to moisturizers.

Do all the products on Buzzillions have reviews?

Yes. We're in the business of putting an end to buyer's remorse. We believe the only way to do this is with product reviews.

But I already use Amazon® for reviews. How are your reviews different?

Unlike Amazon®, we're not trying to sell you anything. We're just here to help you make an informed product decision by giving you all the information you need. Reviews are our core business. Lipstick, GPS units, pet products, dishwashers… if you can think of a product, we probably have reviews on it.

More importantly, our reviews are better. We summarize the most important information in an easy to read format called the Review SnapshotTM. Here we give you the pros, cons, and best uses for each product, as well as the star rating and number of reviews. This information is also available with each customer review. You can also see how products ranked compared to similar products, as well as find top ten products within each category by looking for the green Buzzillions rank badges.

Finally, we recognize that everyone has different wants and needs for the same product, so we give you the ability to filter reviews according to the type of person who wrote the review. If you're a professional photographer and want to see what other professional photographers have to say about a particular lens, you can do that.

What are the rankings I see sometimes on your products?

When we have enough data about a product, we give you a product ranking so you know where a product falls within a category. When you see a green badge for example, you know it falls within the Top 10. Rankings can also help you avoid products that are poorly rated. Our ranking takes into account a number of things, among them:

• Number of reviews for a product
• Star rating
• Trustworthiness of reviews (whether or not a review is from a verified buyers)
• How recent the reviews are and whether the product is in stock

Why should I trust reviews on Buzzillions?

Verified Buyers  

Our retail partners survey thousands of customers a day to get their feedback about products they've tried. These customers are verified as being actual buyers, which means you can be sure you are getting honest reviews.

We don't pay for reviews.

Reviewers are not paid to write reviews. This ensures you are getting reviews from people who genuinely want to share their opinions, bad or good. We do allow manufacturers or retailers to display ads. However, this does not influence which reviews are displayed. All reviews are displayed, even if a customer review slams a product made by that same manufacturer. We do, however, work with plenty of manufacturers who are proud of their products and your opinions of them.

We show you the good and the bad

We show you the negative reviews right alongside the positive ones. Helping you avoid bad products is our goal and if we just show you positive reviews, we lose credibility and your trust. We'd like to hold on to both of those things.
